Senior Entrepreneurship refers to people aged 50 or older who are intending to start a business, are presently in the process of starting one or are looking for an “encore” career. Other synonyms include “older entrepreneur”, and “third-age entrepreneur”.
A fundamental factor for any organisation or senior that’s inclined to become an entrepreneur or support the idea is comprehending the various roles that a senior can hold. Seniors are better able to see themselves fitting one of these specific roles- seniors as entrepreneurs, freelancers, investors, or mentors.
